How can we help?

We read every message. Reach the team directly, report an issue, or ask about running zilix across a team — we usually reply within a day.

How do I get zilix?

Download it from the download page — macOS, Windows and Linux builds are public, and solo use needs no account. Managed organizations aren't self-serve: tell us about your setup and we'll take it from there.

Which agents and models does zilix work with?

Claude Code and Codex CLI have the fullest support, including pre-execution approval. Kimi Code is supported. Gemini CLI runs but has no structured approval gate, and Cursor or custom CLIs are detected but gated until their adapters are validated. You can also point zilix straight at Anthropic, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, OpenAI Responses, or a local Ollama model. Your provider keys stay in the local daemon.

What are the system requirements?

macOS 13+ on Apple Silicon, Windows 10+ on x64, or Linux x64 as an AppImage — plus a coding CLI or a provider key so there's something to run. There are no native mobile apps; remote access is a web app served by your own organization endpoint. Full details are on the download page.

Where do my code and keys go?

Agents run on your own machine, and your provider credentials stay in the local daemon — they're never sent over the wire. That's narrower than "nothing leaves your machine", deliberately: the model provider you choose still receives your prompts and context, and an enrolled organization receives metadata and post-enrollment audit records. The full data paths are spelled out here.
